Kimberly Libman, PhD, MPH
Kim is vice president of policy at ChangeLab Solutions, where she leads the organization’s work on food policy.
Before joining ChangeLab Solutions, she worked at the New York Academy of Medicine as director for prevention and community development. As a researcher and advocate, Kim has worked at the intersection of public policy and health for over a decade. She has expertise in food systems, hospital community benefit, affordable housing, health impact assessment, and community-based planning. Kim’s work on chronic disease prevention spans local, state, national, and international levels.
Kim earned her PhD in environmental psychology at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York and completed her MPH in community health education at Hunter College. She also holds a BA in science technology and society from Eugene Lang College.
