Alex Deans

As ChangeLab Solutions’ operations manager, Alex works to improve internal operations and infrastructure in the workplace.

Prior to joining ChangeLab Solutions, Alex worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 8 years, primarily with luxury brands Fairmont and Action Property Management. He also served in the Peace Corps as an environmental education volunteer in Morocco, where he did a botanical inventory of the national park he was assigned to and worked closely with his village association to build a reservoir in order to increase food security.

Alex graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and English.
