Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families
Workplace policies that prioritize maternal & child health
The workplace can be a stressor for pregnant women and new mothers if they don't receive the support they need, such as lactation accommodation, pregnancy and prenatal leave, and resources to achieve a work-family fit.
This webinar introduces research linking workplace policies to women's health and highlight strategies for making workplaces more supportive and equitable. Learn about workplace policies that support pregnant women and new mothers as well as national trends in supportive workplace policies. They will also hear about an innovative local collaboration that places the health of women front and center.
