Wesley Hartman, JD

As an attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, Wesley works on law and policy to promote health equity across several program areas, including health care, healthy neighborhoods, and good governance.

Wesley comes to ChangeLab Solutions from Texas Legal Services Center, where they expanded on an existing medical-legal partnership to address structural drivers of health that affect transgender, nonbinary, and other LGBTQ+ communities. Wesley has also engaged in extensive pro bono work with diverse communities to address issues related to immigration services, disability and mental health rights, and collateral consequences of criminal justice involvement.

Wesley earned their JD from the University of Texas School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Indiana University.
