Vince Young, JD

As an attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, Vince works across several program areas related to health equity, including healthy housing and good governance.

Before he joined ChangeLab Solutions, Vince was a legal fellow at Public Rights Project, where he worked on community-based enforcement and state preemption matters. During law school, he was a graduate research assistant on a project examining barriers to housing development in California; a student clinician for the Environmental Law Clinic; and an associate editor for Ecology Law Quarterly.

Vince received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his juris doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law.
