Liz Olson, MPP
As a senior policy analyst at ChangeLab Solutions, Liz works to address the structural drivers of health inequities across several program areas, including healthy neighborhoods, access to health care, and income support.
Before she joined ChangeLab Solutions, Liz spent three years at the Washington State Budget & Policy Center, where she worked to advance more economically just state budget and tax policy. In this capacity, she conducted research, built coalitions, and developed and advanced legislation to strengthen the social safety net and improve support for people experiencing poverty. Liz started her career in direct service, working alongside survivors of intimate partner violence and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
Liz earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College and her master’s degree in public policy and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies from Brandeis University.
