Kathleen Wasserman

As development manager, Kathleen supports the growth of ChangeLab Solutions’ revenue streams to advance organizational goals and priorities. Her job includes translating ChangeLab Solutions’ legal and policy work into compelling proposals, reports, and other written materials for donors, funders, and partners.

Prior to joining ChangeLab Solutions, Kathleen worked in a variety of fundraising positions at nonprofits and institutions of higher education. Most recently, she served as grants manager at a Boston-based nonprofit that seeks to improve health outcomes for people experiencing critical and chronic illnesses by providing medically tailored meals.

Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors from Duke University.
