Welcome, New Staff Members
Tina Ansong is a senior planner who focuses on rural development, active transportation, and community outreach. Tina joins us with over 10 years of planning experience at various levels of government on projects concerned with zoning, land use, transportation, and women- and minority-owned small business development and support.
Christine Camilleri-Onishi joins ChangeLab Solutions as a senior planner, engaging with projects that focus on the intersections between policy, the built environment, and health equity. Previously, at the New York City Department of City Planning, Christine’s work centered on climate resiliency, community-based planning and outreach, environmental review, and zoning and land use. Her background also includes post-disaster recovery, and she is a full-spectrum doula.
Wesley Hartman works as an attorney across program areas, including health care, healthy neighborhoods, and good governance. Wesley comes to ChangeLab Solutions from Texas Legal Services Center, where they expanded on an existing medical-legal partnership to address structural drivers of health that affect transgender, nonbinary, and other LGBTQ+ communities.
Sofia Kromis is ChangeLab Solutions’ human resources associate. She is responsible for facilitating an inclusive workplace environment, efficient administrative functions, and positive experiences throughout the employee life cycle. Before joining ChangeLab Solutions, Sofia worked in people operations for an advocacy organization that seeks to win national paid family and medical leave.
Holly Magdziarz is a senior attorney working on laws and policies that promote and support mental health, good governance, and children and families. Previously, Holly was a local government attorney whose work involved law enforcement, human resources, and constitutional and civil litigation. Before law school, Holly was a Peace Corps volunteer in Masaya, Nicaragua.
Melani Tiongson joins ChangeLab Solutions as an attorney, working in program areas such as good governance and health care. Before joining ChangeLab Solutions, Melani worked at the University of California, supporting the systemwide Office of the General Counsel across all practice areas, including constitutional law, employment law, and health law.
Heather Wong, an attorney, addresses issues at the intersection of law, health, and equity. Prior to working with us, Heather served as a public defender in Colorado and as a law clerk in the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She has also worked on projects relating to food systems, land use, accessible environments, conditions of confinement, and restorative and transformative justice.
