ChangeLab Solutions’ senior policy analyst Phebe Gibson has been selected as a 2019 Fellow by the Bloomberg American Health Initiative. From the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health website:
“Fellows receive a full scholarship to earn a master of public health or doctor of public health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The Bloomberg Fellows program represents an innovative way to train the next generation of public health leaders, as it requires not only a commitment to public health practice from the students, but also a commitment of collaboration from the organizations for which they already work. Applicants must apply to the program with support from their organizations. Fellows can study full time or part time and, upon completion of the program, they agree to work for their organization for at least one additional year.”
In her role at ChangeLab Solutions, Phebe works on childhood obesity prevention and healthy food access. Her projects also include safe drinking water regulations, violence prevention, and leveraging community investment and financing systems for community benefit. Please join us in congratulating Phebe on her selection!
