Tobacco Litigation and Enforcement site contains detailed information on the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) between the attorneys general and the tobacco industry, including the full text of the MSA, frequently asked questions, and an on-line complaint form to report potential settlement violations.

Write new laws for the city, advise elected officials on legal issues, and file and defend civil lawsuits. City attorneys can play a key role in enforcing tobacco control laws with civil penalties. To find your City Attorney, click on "City Attorney Roster," organized either by city name or by last name.
